1. Go to https://veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com 2. Click ‘Register’, then select ‘Start here’.3. A pop-up window will appear for you to create your account:
	- Enter your preferred email address, or choose to sign up with Google or Apple. 
	- Click 'Continue'Veterans First uses the Mindbody platform. If your email address is already connected to a Mindbody account, you will be asked to log in before continuing. If you do not remember your password, select 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it. After logging in, return to the registration process.4. Enter your first name, last name, and email address (does not need to be a VA email)5. Select  ‘Continue’.6. Check your email inbox for a verification code.
You will receive an email from 'Mindbody' with the subject line: 'Verify your email.'Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.7. Copy the code from your email and paste it into the pop-up window to verify your account.8. Once verified, the website will refresh and prompt you to ‘Complete Your Personal Information’ 	- Fill out your name, address, VA status and location, and emergency contact information.           - Review the terms and select "I agree with the above terms." 9. Click ‘Register’.Registration is now complete!You will receive an email confirmation when your registration has been processed. Why Can't I Continue Registration After Entering My Email?

Why can't I continue my registration after entering my email? Why am I being asked to log in instead of creating a new account?Veterans First uses the Mindbody system. If the email address you entered is already associated with an existing Mindbody account, you'll automatically be prompted to log in instead of continuing with the standard registration process.This is expected behavior and does not mean there's a problem with your registration. Even if you've never used Veterans First before, you may already have a Mindbody account if you've previously registered with another business or wellness provider that uses the Mindbody platform.I don't remember creating a Mindbody accountSimply select Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your password.After you've successfully reset your password and logged in, you'll be prompted to continue the Veterans First registration process. For complete registration instructions, click HERE.I never received the password reset emailIf you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes:Check your Spam or Junk folder.Make sure you entered the correct email address.Wait a few minutes and try again.Try opening the registration page in an Incognito or Private Browsing window.If possible, try registering with a different email address.I still can't access my accountIf you're still unable to log in after resetting your password, or if you continue experiencing registration issues, please Contact us.

Sofia Health has enhanced its security measures. To confirm your identity, we require a one-time email verification process. This applies to all users who registered before November 20, 2023.

Visit veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com and select “Register”.
Click on “Start here”.
In the pop-up window, scroll to bottom of screen and select “Create an account”.
Be sure to use the same first name, last name, and email as your previous account.
Verify your email.
After verifying your email, close out of the screen. Go to ‘Classes’ and select ‘Login’
Enjoy your classes!

Despite the prompt 'create account,' your data will be securely saved and merged upon successful email verification.

Registration Button Not Showing? Troubleshooting Guide for VA Users

If you’re going through the registration process and don’t see the “Start Here” button (located in the middle of the screen), don’t worry—this is usually caused by security settings on VA-issued computers. These settings can sometimes block buttons that load inside pop-ups.

Please try the steps below:

1. Use a Supported Browser (Recommended for VA Systems)

Open the link using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
If you are already using one of these browsers, try opening a new Incognito / Private window
Paste this link directly into your browser: https://veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com

2. Enable Pop-Ups for the Site

The registration button loads inside a pop-up that may be blocked.

In Chrome:
Click the lock icon in the address bar
Go to Site permissions/Site Settings
Find Pop-ups and redirects → set to Allow
Refresh the page

3. Check for Script Blocking or Compatibility Mode

VA systems sometimes block scripts that load buttons:

Make sure the page is not running in Internet Explorer or Compatibility Mode
If you see a message about restricted content, click “Allow” or “Load anyway”
Look for any blocked content icon in the address bar
Click it and select Allow or Always allow for this site

4. Try Opening Outside the VA Network (Recommended)

Many VA security configurations block interactive elements like registration forms.

If possible, please try:
A personal device (phone or laptop)
Off the VA network (home WiFi or cellular)

Click on "My Account."
Select "Account Info" and, under the "Account Owner" section, click "Edit Account Info."
You’ll be redirected to a new page where you can update your account details, including your name, email, and password.

How can I see my scheduled classes?

To view your scheduled classes, from the class page, select 'My Account' on the top right of the calendar. Then click on 'Schedule' to view all classes you are signed up for.

Go to veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com
Select 'Classes' from the main menu.
Select 'My Account'​ on the top right of the calendar.
Select 'Schedule' to view your upcoming classes.

Each time a class is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your virtual class.
 
If text notifications are turned on - you will get a text reminder before class. *Please note that your cell phone carrier might identify this automated text as spam and you might not receive the text.

How do I sign in to my account?

Go to https://veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com 
Select 'Classes'
On the top right corner of the calendar, select 'Login'

Once you are logged in, you can view your upcoming scheduled classes and see your class history. 
If you are looking for the link to your upcoming class, it will be emailed 1 hour prior to class.

How do I get into my class?

Click the link provided in your confirmation email or text. You will receive the link 1 hour prior to class.

Your link will take you directly into the Zoom class.

Be sure to turn your camera on.
If your microphone is on, be sure there is not a lot of background noise.
You can always mute yourself and unmute if/when you need the instructor's attention.

To get your instructors attention, you can un-mute yourself, type in the chat box, raise your hand, or use reactions.

Sofia Prime is an all-encompassing wellness program under the Sofia Health umbrella. We carefully select and onboard instructors from our pool of Sofia Health professionals, conducting over 300 live classes every month. We're dedicated to increasing accessibility to holistic health, and all this comes at a subscription fee of just $20 per month.

Veterans First is for eligible individuals in select locations. This program mirrors Sofia Prime but is fully covered by the VA, making comprehensive wellness more attainable for veterans.

How do I sign up for a class?

Once your account has been processed you'll be able to sign up for classes. *FOR VA accounts, after registration, please allow up to 24 hours for us to assign your free membership to your account.

Go to veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com.
 Select 'Classes.'
Choose the date you want to attend class.
From the available classes listed, select 'Sign Up' next to the class you want to join. 
Select 'Next'​
You will be prompted to log in if you are not logged in already.
