about me

Tania Palacios is an Integrative Behavioral Health Clinician, Yoga Therapist, and Certified Life MAP Coach specializing in supporting service members, veterans, and their families through all phases of transition and healing. She creates a compassionate and structured environment where clients can reconnect with stability, identity, and purpose.

Tania’s integrative approach blends psychotherapy, yoga therapy, somatic regulation, and life coaching to help clients navigate post-service adjustment, relationship challenges, and the emotional impacts of military life. Her work emphasizes trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and holistic skill-building to foster resilience and reintegration.

By combining evidence-based behavioral health strategies with yoga-based movement, mindfulness, and breathwork, Tania supports clients in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic experiences, while cultivating self-awareness, direction, and renewed purpose. As a Life MAP Coach, she guides veterans and their families in clarifying goals, strengthening coping skills, and moving forward with confidence.

Rooted in the philosophy of pause, breathe, and belong, Tania’s practice honors the importance of creating space to come home to oneself as the foundation for healing and growth.
