about me

A certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor with over eight years of teaching experience, Reggie is dedicated to helping students of all backgrounds improve their balance, mobility, strength, and overall well-being. His classes create a supportive and accessible environment for beginners while offering opportunities for experienced practitioners to deepen and refine their practice.

He is especially passionate about working with disabled veterans, incorporating Tai Chi and Qi Gong principles to support mobility, resilience, stress reduction, and physical and mental wellness.

Before becoming a Tai Chi instructor, Reggie proudly served as a U.S. Army paratrooper and combat soldier. He has studied a variety of martial arts throughout his life and served as a U.S. Army Drill Sergeant certified to instruct Modern Army Combatives. Drawing on decades of martial arts training, military leadership, and mindful movement practices, he helps students develop greater confidence, focus, discipline, and inner calm.
