Inspired by her personal journey of overcoming chronic pain through yoga, Paula is passionate about empowering others to discover their full potential for movement and well-being.

Her classes are designed specifically to support Veterans. With a focus on gentle yet effective practices, Paula's sessions promote relaxation, strength, and resilience both on and off the yoga mat, contributing to a holistic approach to well-being for Veterans.
