Mary is certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute to teach: Tai Chi for Arthritis, Fall Prevention, Seated Tai Chi, Tai Chi for Life and Qigong for Health.
She loves sharing the safe and effective program, which was created by Dr. Paul Lam together with other medical and Tai Chi experts. Mary’s goal for participants in her classes is to “show up, move and have fun!”.
