With a rich seven-year background in yoga instruction, Lisa specializes in guiding students through injury and trauma, facilitating their journey towards strength and pose achievements, fostering a deeper connection with breath, and enhancing flexibility.

Her expertise extends across all age groups, from children to seniors. Lisa offers a diverse range of classes, including hatha, vinyasa, yin, aerial, paddleboard, meditation, as well as workshops focused on arm balances and handstands, among other offerings.
