about me

Jill started her professional career 15 years ago as a psychologist and Captain in the US Army and has continued to work with the military population ever since. Her focus and passion are on healing the body from trauma. 

Since finding meditation and yoga in her personal life, she has enjoyed sharing these practices in a clinical setting. By allowing meditation and movement to utilize the connection between the thinking mind and the feeling body, we realize how powerful attention to the present moment can be.
