about me
Senia is a dedicated fitness professional with more than 7 years of experience teaching aerobics dance, chair yoga, and aqua fitness. She believes that fitness and wellness are for everyone, offering adaptive mobility options, trauma-informed practices, and prenatal modifications across all the formats she teaches.
In addition to her group fitness expertise, Senia is a certified Mindfulness and Ayurvedic Nutrition Coach, enabling her to guide students with a whole-person wellness approach. Her classes blend movement, mindful awareness, and personalized adaptations to meet individuals where they are, fostering strength, balance, and overall well-being for every body.
