Nikki is a Yoga Teacher and a certified Yoga Therapist. Since starting her personal yoga practice in 2012, yoga has significantly impacted her physical health, but it has always been the psychological shifts that have most piqued her interest.
From this place of curiosity, she went on to pursue 500-hours of Yoga Teacher Training and an 800-hour Yoga Therapy Training, specializing particularly in stress management and nervous system recovery.
Whether she is sharing yoga in the form of group classes or individually as a Yoga Therapist, she loves bringing a balance of biomechanics and physiology with the philosophy and wisdom of yoga.
