Welcome! I am an outdoor lover, hiker, runner, and adventure seeker. The genesis of my yoga training was with Vetoga who provides a 200 hour trauma-informed certification to veterans, first responders and their caregivers. I went on to obtain my 300 hour training informed by Ashtanga and Iyengar.
I fell in love with Yoga Nidra and sought out my Level 1 certification from the Amrit Institute. Loving play and the outdoors led to my certification in SUP yoga.
My classes are welcoming, fun, and accessible to every single individual who comes to class regardless of your (in)ability to touch your toes.
