Amy Amadon

Amy Amadon_edited.png

Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner

Amy came to yoga later in life when, at the time a self-confessed 'gym rat', found herself in physical therapy due to a lack of proper stretching. It was on her PT’s recommendation that she try yoga. She'd also struggled at that point for years with severe anxiety and panic attacks. The more she practiced asana(movement), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation the more centered, grounded and at ease she felt and the anxiety and panic attacks all but completely disappeared. She began to feel it was her calling to teach.

Ty Arnold

Yoga & Meditation (iRest) Instructor

I call myself a stress survivor. As a young man, in a corporate job, I thought you had to accept all stress that was handed to you and to keep striving to move up the corporate ladder. Waking up in the hospital due to stress, woke me in several ways. I knew I had to change my attitude towards stress to make my life better. My doctor sent me to BioFeedback training, a technical form of meditation. I believe it saved my life, and I started searching for other forms of meditation. I have not stopped meditating for over 40 years.
